Maven Email to CRM: Market Leader Step-by-Step Setup

The first step is to log into your Infusionsoft account. Once inside, hover over the main navigation. Under the Admin column, click Settings. Then, under the Application Settings section, click Application. Now scroll down to the bottom of the page. You should see a text field labeled API Passphrase. The passphrase can be whatever you want it to be as long as it is alphanumerical. Once you enter your passphrase, your Encrypted Key should appear. Copy the Encrypted Key for future use. Log into your Mavens Membership account and click on Settings in the navigation. Inside your settings type your Infusionsoft Application Name into the corresponding text field. If you don't know how to find your application name refer to the instructions on the right side of the page. Then paste your API Key into the Infusionsoft API Key text field and hit save. Now go to your Products page and click Access Now under the Maven Email to CRM section. Click Add An Account and label it Market Leader Leads. Then created a new trigger label and name it ML - New Leads. Inside the ML - New Leads trigger scroll down the the Email Extractions section. Click the drop down menu next to the Add New button and select Market Leader - New Contact from the list. A window will appear and ask you if you are sure. Confirm the change. For this trigger you will need to create two different Trigger Conditions. To create the first Trigger Condition, click Add New. Excluding Choose an Action Set to Run, copy the information from the picture below into the pop up window that appears. Now, under Choose an Action Set to Run, start typing your desired Action Set, and select it when it appears. Click Save Condition. Click Add New again. Excluding Choose an Action Set to Run, copy the information from the picture below into the pop up window that appears. Now, under Choose an Action Set to Run, start typing your desired Action Set, and select it when it appears. Click Save Condition. Above the General Settings section, click on Advanced. Go to the Market Leader section and click on Settings. Fill in the Domain of your website, Username, and Password for Market Leader in the pop up window. Once you have done that, click Check Settings. Make sure Phone Update Trigger is set to No, and only activate if you have your proper Action Sets running inside your trigger conditions. Click Save Market Leader Settings. If your Market Leader Settings are incorrect when you click the Check Settings button, the following window will appear. If your Market Leader Settings are correct when you click the Check Settings button, the following window will appear. Back in your Email to CRM page, click Add A Trigger and name it ML - Added a Phone Number. In the Email Extractions section, select Market Leader - Updated Phone from the drop down menu. Under the Trigger Conditions section, click Add New. Excluding Choose an Action Set to Run, copy the information from the picture below into the pop up window that appears. Now, under Choose an Action Set to Run, start typing your desired Action Set, and select it when it appears. Click Save Condition. Above the General Settings section, click on Advanced. Go to the Market Leader section and click on Settings. Fill in the Domain of your website, Username, and Password for Market Leader in the pop up window. Once you have done that, click Check Settings. Make sure Phone Update Trigger is set to Yes, and only activate if you have your proper Action Sets running inside your trigger conditions. Click Save Market Leader Settings. Go to the Email to CRM page and copy the Serialized Email Address in the center of the page. Log into your Market Leader account. Hover over Admin in the main navigation and select My Account from the drop down. Under the My Account tab go to the Alerts section and click Add. In the pop up window, paste the Serialized Address inside the Email Address text area and click Add. Congratulations! You have now successfully set up Email to CRM for Market Leader!
