Maven Email to CRM: TimeTrade Step-by-Step Setup

Log into your Mavens Membership account. Go to the products page and click on "Access Now."
Once the page loads, click on the button labeled "Add an Account."
Name the account "TimeTrade" and hit "Create Account."
Hit the button labeled "Create Your First Email Trigger."
Name the trigger "TimeTrade" and hit "Save Trigger."
Now go into your Infusionsoft account. Hover over the Main Nav and click "Settings" in the Admin section.
Go to the Custom Fields section. Make sure that "Contact" is selected from the drop down menu and hit "Go."
Make sure that "Tab" is selected in the drop down menu and hit "Add."
Name the tab "TimeTrade", then hit "Save This Tab."
Now select "Header" from the drop down menu and hit "Add."
Name the header Appointment Details. Then select "TimeTrade" from the tab drop down menu. Once you have done that, hit "Save This Header."
Now select "Field" from the drop down menu and hit "Add."
Name the field "Activity" and change the field type to "Text." Then hit "Show Advanced Options."
Select the "TimeTrade" tab from the drop down menu. Then select the head "Appointment Details" and hit Save this Field. Repeat this step once more, but name the field "Date" instead of "Activity."
Once you have created the fields for "Activity" and "Date" you need to create two more fields. The steps for these fields are slightly different. Make sure "Field" is selected from the drop down menu and hit "Add". Then name the field "Time", and change the field type to "Text Area". Then click "Show Advanced Options."
Select "TimeTrade" from the tab drop down menu. Then assign it to the "Appointment Details" header and hit "Save this Field". Repeat this step but this time name the field "Message" instead of "Time."
Now scroll to the bottom of the page. You should see a box labeled "TimeTrade" with the "Appointment Details" header inside. Use the navigation arrows on the right hand side to change the order of the fields to: "Activity", "Date", "Time", "Message."
Under the "Email Extractions" header hit "Add New." A window should pop up.
At the bottom of the window click "Re-Sync Infusionsoft Data"
Under the "Trigger Conditions" header click "Add New." Label the condition "Always Run." Type whichever action set you would like to run. Under the "Search" drop down menu select "No Condition - Always Run." Then hit "Save Condition."
Under the "Email Extractions header", select the "Time Trade" template from the drop down menu. A small window will pop up warning you that you will lose all current extractions if you continue. Confirm your decision in the window.
Select "Plain Text Body" next to the date extraction.
Under the second drop down menu, scroll down to the appointment section and click "Date" from the selection. Then hit "Save Extraction." Repeat this step with "Time" "Message From" and "Activity" and assign them to their corresponding fields.
Above the "General Settings" header, click on "Advanced."
Under "TimeTrade" click "Settings."
In the pop up window, select the first drop down menu labeled "Date Field." Scroll down until you get to the "Appointment Details" section and select "Date."
Repeat the last step with then next three drop down menus and assign them to their corresponding fields. From here you can assign the appointment to any of your available users. Then you can input what time of appointment it will be. Example: Call, Email. Now change it to "Active" under the "Activate" drop down menu and hit "Save TimeTrade Settings."
Copy the Serialized Address under the "Account Email Address" sidebar section.
Log in to your TimeTrade account. Under the "Admin" tab at the top of the page select "My Account."
Then click the "Change Email" secondary tab.
Paste the Serialized Address into the "New Email Address" field. Enter your password, and hit "Submit."
Now go back to your Mavens Membership account and enter the email address you originally had in your TimeTrade account into the "Email Address To Forward To" field. Then make sure to check the "Forward Email" box and hit "Save Trigger."
Congratulations! You have now successfully set up your Maven Email to CRM TimeTrade Account.
